We feature a complete staff, office, foreman, superintendent and quality control; there is always a foreman on 24-hour call. We provide service before, during and after sale, including a complete proposal detailing all items of contractual agreement.
A reference list is attached to the proposal as well as credit and bonding references and a certificate of insurance. We require criminal background checks and DMV reports annually on all supervisory personnel. Proper supervision on every job, start to finish, by the foreman and lead man. Additionally, the quality-control supervisor will check on every job during installation multiple times.
