I purchased two pair of eye glasses here in 2021. One pair worked great but the lenses of the other pair did not correct my vision appropriately. Mountain Eyeworks rechecked my eyes and sent the glasses in but declined to allow me to exchange or replace my frames until all these other measures were attempted. Ultimately none of this solved the issue. When I spoke to the store manager he was rude and said it had been too much time for a refund or exchange, my explanation that the amount of time passed was a result of me following all of their protocols fell on deaf ears. It was my first visit to Mountain Eyeworks and everything was as smooth as could be. I called in to request the soonest appointment I could get and was told they had availability in one week (next best place was 3 weeks out) but they were able to squeeze me in with some cancellations so I had an appointment the same day I called. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Musgrove were very patient and helpful and answered all my questions of curiosity through the process. I greatly enjoyed my experience and would recommend their services to anyone!

I dont wear contacts except when I ski. While I remembered everything else, I completely spaced my contacts. I called up and they told me to come on down and we would get it figured out. They were so patient with me and helped me figure out what I needed and even gave me some solution. I am so thankful! 5 stars!
