For nearly 25 years, Art of Music has provided piano, theory and conducting lessons in Hampton Roads area. The only thing that even comes close to the excitement of learning an instrument yourself is passing that enjoyment on to others. I love seeing a student's face light up when they finally "get it" as they learn a new musical concept or skill.
For younger children, I realize the importance of music in helping them develop a love and appreciation for music, as well as character and discipline. For adults, music lessons may be the fulfillment of a life-long goal for which, until now, you may not have had the time.
