Rock Spring Swim Club is pleased to announce that we have been recognized as an Alliance Partner in the Choose Civility Harford County Initiative! Choose Civility Harford County is a grassroots, countywide campaign designed to uplift our community by promoting respect, restraint and responsibility everywhere in Harford County, including the internet.

The use of the Club facility and other Club privileges extends to all persons residing in the same household as the Club member and who are financially dependent upon the Club member. EXCLUDING adult children over the age of 25 (unless physically or mentally disabled); parents; grandparents or other family members who are not legal dependents of the Club member; or household guests/friend of the Club member.

To keep our membership binder up to date, ALL members must submit a NEW Member Update Form here EACH YEAR with their dues payment. Members who do not submit a new Member Update form with current photo prior to Opening Day will be refused entry into club. Rock Spring Swim Club is a family-oriented facility dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing environment for its members and guests.
Safety Policies

Small children in the baby pool and children wearing water wings or lifejackets in the main pool are considered non-swimmers. Parents must be able to physically extend one arm and reach the child at any given time. Non-swimmers are most likely to need immediate assistance and parents must be in close proximity of their child to prevent an emergency situation from occurring.
Guest Policy

All non-members entering the facility, regardless of their intentions to swim or not, will pay guest fees at the time of entry with two exceptions. Children two (2) years of age or younger will also be admitted without paying the guest fee. Grandparents that do not enter the pools and remain in street clothes (not wearing a bathing suit) will be admitted to the facility without paying a guest fee.
