Imagine this, your on vacation and you walk into a surf shop with two high school aged girls working. You rent two longboards, but they seemed annoyed that youre in the shop spending money. When you ask for wax to put on the surfboard, they try and charge you for it because they are out of rental wax. Then they recommend a beach 20 minutes down the road, but when you get there the lifeguard informs you that youre not allowed to longboard at this spot. When you call the shop back to ask whats going on the only response you get is I dont know what to say, on repeat.

Poor return policy. Couldn't even take back a shirt less than 10 minutes after it was purchased. Return policy is not mentioned upon purchase or posted at the register or anywhere else in the store. You can only know about the policy after you've already made the purchase.
Shopkeeper gave a flippant response of "I just work here."
