It all started in 2001 when Tara Hoey and Bill Hoey met. Bill had worked as a general contractor for 14 years, and Tara had worked in the waterproofing industry for 6 years. After getting married, they opened Advanced Basement Solutions in 2003. The business started with 2 trucks working out of their garage and home office.
