This was my first experience at Elite Escape Games. I played Zombie Outbreak, and was impressed by the ambiance and spookiness of the room. Also, the staff that I spoke with were exceptional. My game host as well as the staff member I originally spoke to over the phone provided excellent customer service. Some improvements that I would recommend would be regarding the flow of the game. The game itself did not feel very linear, and the story did not flow, in my opinion. There were a few puzzles that felt a bit off and awkward to solve, and they didn't relate to the overall story of the escape room

We had a great time! Originally planned on doing one room, but it was so much fun we ended up completing all 4! All the rooms were fun, decorated nicely with attention to detail, had some awesome brain teasers & puzzles! Employee was super nice and informative. He gave great descriptions of each room. Per his recommendation, we plan on visiting Break Out in West Ashley!

We have been here once as a family and two of our sons each came here with their friends for their birthday. So happy we have something like this in Mount Pleasant. We had so much fun as a family and so did the boys and their friends.

My family surprised me (on my birthday) at this location. We did the Area 51 Escape Room and the Gameshow Experience - both were incredibly fun! Ben was our host and was amazing! He was energetic and full of enthusiasm! I HIGHLY recommend this place! So much fun!
