Woody's Fireplace has been a family owned and operated business since its inception in 1976, when it was initiated by Gary and Mary Ellen Woods. Their son Michael joined them full-time in 2000 and the three of them actively manage all the activity from our Larksville location. Our extensive Larksville showroom features over 50 burning displays to give you a close look at the types of fireplaces, inserts and stoves we can install in your home.
Our warehouse space of over 10,000 square feet ensures that we have many models in stock, along with all of the vent material and accessories you need. In our Honesdale location, we have Bill and Dee Carney, longtime Woody's employees of 30 and 31 years, respectively. Their knowledge and experience reflect their time here at Woody's.

At our Larksville location, we have our own stone cutting shop attached to our warehouse, which allows us to create custom mantles, surrounds, and shelves.

We understand the issue occurring in North East Pennsylvania with regard to access to Alaska Coal Stove replacement parts, however due to business matters outside our control, we are unable to bring in most Alaska replacement parts. We were able to find a reliable manufacturer to receive a select number of replacement parts.
