Every one of our horseback rides will consist of a small group of riders, usually just you and the people you bring with you, and there will be individual attention given to each rider so you can soon learn to be comfortable, safe, and in control of the horse you are provided.

Utmost and foremost, the first priority of Rising K ranch is to love God who loved us first and who loved us enough to purchase our freedom with the Blood of His own Son. We understand that we live or die according to His will and that He al0ne makes life such a great thing. For this reason we are closed Sundays, but we would be glad to have you join us in worshiping the Lord at New Life Church in Cedar City.

Don't be shy about calling us asking for an even more custom ride if you do not see exactly what you are looking for. Brief horseback riding instruction followed by an hour and a half long horse ride at whatever speeds and trails best match your experience level.

Our Horseback Riding Lessons are for anyone who truly loves to learn, and has a desire to become a skilled horseback trail rider or even a competetive horseman in Reining or Cowhorse Events. We teach you to be comfortable with basic horseback riding, making use of our round pen and our Zion/ Bryce Canyon style trails, increasing difficulty of terrain as you progress.
