Andrea has over 25 years in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and office management. She has a wide range of experience in the banking, manufacturing, and medical professions. She previously worked in HR for Pirelli Cable Systems (now Prysmian/Draka). She has also managed individual medical practices where she was responsible for operations, HR, insurance negotiations, and billing.
Outside of her professional career, Andrea is involved with her church, volunteering with the public school system, and spending time with her family. Allen has been a practicing attorney for nearly 25 years. During that time he has been a partner in private practice and served as General Counsel for a multinational manufacturing company.
