While I am not in construction and have not used Yoders Building supply personally, I wanted to leave a review for their employee I encountered today. I was one of 4 police officers directing traffic today on HWY 76 and Perimeter Rd. It was over 90 degrees and rather hot with all the gear on. An employee (wasn't able to get his name) driving a green Toyota pickup truck with the Yoders logo on the side stopped along us with ice cold bottles of water and passed it out from his vehicle. While a small gesture, I just wanted to say that it was greatly appreciated. We had been taking turns directing

I'm a customer who has an issue with a chimney cap and erosion that was purchased from Yoders when my house was built in 2010. I've called for help three times over the last two weeks and have been promised a return call as recently as yesterday by the manager of their fireplace dept. and still no call. I've run out of patience and will try to get someone else out to inspect and possibly repair/replace my cap since Yoder's doesn't seem to need my business. Don't expect them to support you after the point of sale is final.
