All tele-medicine visits are accessed through a text message link via healow app, through the patient portal, or through your login in healow app. Just make sure you are in a private location, log on before your appointment time, fill out the questionnaire associated with your visit, fill out the vitals screen to the best of your ability and you are ready to go.

We do not recommend changing the schedule recommended by the CDC since these vaccines are tested to be given in combination with other vaccines. Each visit requires a initial or follow up Vanderbilt Form from both teachers and parents. Follow up is required every 1-3 months in the first year and then will space as tolerated.

We will utilize telemedicine whenever possible to lessen our patient and staff potential exposures. Set up your patient portal for each of your children and Healow app (available on the portal login page). Please note the initial patient login in usually the email, but subsequent children, it defaults to first name, last name and year of birth.
After Hours Service
Report
If your child has overdosed on a medication, ingested or been exposed to a caustic substance or chemical, and you are unsure if you should go to the ER, please call poison control. If you have an urgent need to speak to a provider, call our main number 512-894-3737 and you will be directed how to leave a message for the after hours provider.
