Adult Day Health Services in Everett, MA
Community Family (TCF) is a non-profit adult day health organization serving the Everett, Medford, and Wakefield areas of Massachusetts. Founded in 1978, we pioneered community-based long-term care services and opened one of the nation's first Alzheimer's adult day health programs in 1981. Our mission focuses on providing high-quality care that preserves dignity while enabling adults to remain in their homes and communities. With over 40 years of experience, our skilled nursing staff and therapeutic programs have supported more than 140 participants daily across three centers. We maintain a family-centered approach, offering respite and education to caregivers while reflecting the diverse cultural backgrounds of our service areas. Our historic Medford center, housed in a renovated train station, features specialized memory loss programs that remain a model for compassionate care.
