After serving as a hospital CEO for nearly 20 years, working for HCA and others, Phil Rowland decided to listen to his son Dusty's suggestion and pursue his passion for real estate. In 2005, father and son set out to start a residential and commercial contracting group that focuses on exceeding their customers' expectations.
Dusty has a background in Civil Engineering and worked with a national contractor building small-box retail stores for clients like Family Dollar, Dollar General, O'Reilly Auto Parts, AutoZone, and more. Phil and Dusty were able to combine their passion and experience to create the Rowland Development Group.
