The EPA and TCEQ web sites are excellent sources of information concerning current agency compliance initiatives. EPA priority rulemaking activities are summarized here. Sign up for TCEQ email updates here. Historically, MSS activities have not specifically required authorization. PBR 106.359 does not require registration or a fee.

Titanium provides pretreatment streamlining, development of technically based local limits, and full program development and implementation. TES was engaged in the implementation and monitoring of a wetland mitigation area as part of permittee responsible mitigation for a large industrial client in Harris County, Texas.
