Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. Kathaleen Brewer is a self-taught artist who never stops exploring new mediums, techniques and jobs. Her first gallery exhibitions where in California back in the 1980's and included black and white photography, manipulated Polaroids and pastels.
Today she works primarily in oils and writes screenplays. Prior to moving to Georgia in 2005, she was an art commissioner for the City of Ojai, California, and owned the business Ojai Art Garden. When Kathaleen arrived in Fayetteville, Georgia, she opened Fayette County's first art center and gallery which developed into ArtWorks on the Square in downtown Fayetteville.
