Our seventeen one- and two-bedroom condos provide comfortable mountain lodging with kitchenettes and sleeping arrangements for 4-8 guests. Units feature modern amenities like high-speed WiFi and cable TV while maintaining rustic charm. Each condo offers unique layouts with scenic views of the Black Hills.
Ski-In/Ski-Out Access
Direct access to Terry Peak Ski Area with accommodations located just steps from ski slopes. Property sits on Snowmobile Trail 5T with easy access to cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. Summer guests enjoy immediate trail access for mountain biking and hiking.
Indoor Heated Pool
Year-round indoor pool with new hot tubs and dry sauna. Pool area includes sun deck with mountain views and nearby game room with pool table, ping pong, and card tables. Family-friendly environment with BBQ grill and recreational equipment.
Game Room Entertainment
On-site game room featuring pool table, ping pong, board games, and card tables. Complimentary high-speed WiFi available throughout property. Spacious sundecks with seating areas provide additional social spaces for guests.

What types of condos are available at Terry Peak Lodge?
We offer one- and two-bedroom units sleeping 4-8 guests. All condos include kitchenettes, cable TV, and WiFi. Some feature bunk beds, sleeper sofas, and unique layouts.
Is Terry Peak Lodge near ski slopes?
Yes, our lodge is directly across from Terry Peak Ski Area with immediate access to downhill and cross-country skiing. Snowmobile Trail 5T runs adjacent to our property.
What amenities does the lodge provide?
We feature an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, game room with pool table, BBQ grill, and high-speed WiFi. Most units have balconies with mountain views.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request depending on availability.
Are pets allowed at Terry Peak Lodge?
We do not currently allow pets in our accommodations. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.
Does the lodge offer seasonal discounts?
Yes, we provide a 10% discount for reservations made at least three days in advance during our fall promotion period.

TPL has been the perfect place to stay when my sister and I spend a week out in the Hills. Love being a little off the beaten path but restaurants, groceries, activities all close by. Condo is appointed well. We stay in B10. Loved the addition of keyless entry on the doors this year.

Very filthy. Staff was lazy. Asked for a broom as if i should be the one sweeping the floor in a room I paid for and that was to much to ask. Tried to use the couch bed there was old hair and hair ties in it. Bath tub looked like it was growing stuff on it. Very poor.

Great place to stay - straight across the road from Terry Peak Ski Area. Relatively small room for us, but easily doable as a 4 person family with a foldout sofa bed. Great stocked kitchenette. Best thing about staying here, as long as you are okay with smaller rooms, is that you can walk across the road to skiing in two minutes. Get your passes and rentals the day before (they sold us our next day, multi-day passes starting after 3pm).

This was now our second stay in the Terry Peak Lodge, and again we loved it! We are a family of four and it is difficult for us to find good options to stay in our budget. As the ski industry continues to skyrocket in prices, the Terry Peak Lodge offers lot for the money. The rooms are very clean and nice, with enough space and beds. There is a pool and a hot tub and it's super convenient to have a kitchenette. The proximity to the ski hill is also unmatched. Just walk through the parking lot and you are on the hill! We will definitely be back again.

This is hands down the best place to stay if you're planning a ski trip. Exterior had a very clean look and the view from the room was spectacular! The rooms were the perfect size and very clean. The manager is very nice and was extremely helpful. He always had cookies or hot coffee brewed for when we returned from a long day of skiing. The two hot tubs and pool were the perfect place to relax at the end of the night. Thank you again Jason for everything! Very kind and helpful man. He provided us with very good information about local bars and restaurants. Please give this man an award or raise

Loved It!! Took the family of 5 for Memorial weekend for hiking and shopping. Perfect location to all. We rented a two bedroom and it conveniently had everything we needed from toiletries to cooking supplies. We will definitely stay again!

Very nice with a perfect location during ski season. I'm here during mud season and it is pretty slow. The rooms are sweet with a decent kitchen, nice bathroom and enough sleeping space for 6 if you use the pullout sofa. 2 TVs and wifi. There is a very clean and well maintained pool, 2 hot tubs and a sauna. I don't have any thing negative to say but a near by restaurant would be a plus.
