Took a month to get an appointment, and when the tech arrived he didn’t have the needed gear. They scheduled a new appointment to install, which took another month. The Securetronics tech never showed, and no one called to follow up. After rescheduling thru Brinks because Securetronics wasn’t answering the phone, we have another appointment. A third month will have gone by before we have our alarm fixed - if they show. Brinks, unfortunately, insists on using them. I am dropping Brinks and will caution anyone from using them or Securetronics as they are the root of the problem. I will verify

I've had Securtronics install for us for over 10 years and they are excellent. Friendly helpful staff and super knowledgeable techs. Our last tech has been Mark on a couple jobs and he's an expert! He's always in a pleasant upbeat mood and happy to do the work until it's complete. It's hard to find people in this business with those qualities. I highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever! Do not work with this company EVER. We were scheduled to have our alarm installed at our new house. When this technician, PAUL, showed up he said he was unaware of additional cameras that had to be installed. Regardless whether or not there were additional cameras, Paul should have done his job and installed the functioning cameras. He walked away from a job and then later told Monitronics that he completed the install. Then he later changed his story and said he completed the sensors and everything but the cameras. He seemed lazy and didn't want to put in the

This company is a sham. They are happy to take your money but the equipment delivered may as well have been made by Fischer Price. Wait, that's an insult to toys because toys probably actually work.
If it was their goal to not allow me sleep they succeeded wildly. Their control box malfunctioned in the middle of the night several times a week usually around 3 AM and I would get a call.
I drove there most every time to make sure it wasn't an actual intruder because if I send the police I get charged for a false alarm. It was an equipment malfunction every time. Every single time. It

I have a business in Eugene, OR. I signed up with Securetronics nine months ago, and it was one of the worst decisions I ever made.
The service at Securetronics is the worst I have had to deal with in any aspect of my business, ever. Not one person I have dealt with has followed through on anything. We called 10+ times just to get our window stickers after our installation - and it was close to six months before they arrived.
After the first couple of months, the payments I was sending monthly, though cashed, were not credited to my account. I called to ask why, and was told the accounting
