ICU INVESTIGATIONS is owned and operated by Mr. Peter Kourtesis since 2003. Mr. Kourtesis is a graduate of Wayne State University with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and a B.A. degree in Psychology. Mr. Kourtesis is also a member of the "International High IQ society" which is for individuals with an IQ in the top 5% of the population.
