I booked the scar lightening service at this establishment after long and thorough online search. I was amazed as I first entered through the doors.The ambience and decor was just so beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. After meeting with Alisha and discussing an additional/bigger area of concern she provided useful feedback was able to provide a solution at an affordable price for the additional area. The scar lightening procedure was bareable and and worth it. I cannot wait to see the some results as I will have to revist for touch-ups before seeing the final results. I reccomend

Alicia and Becca are very friendly and professional! Alicia was very thorough and clear. I felt very comfortable. I was very nervous about the level of pain for the Brazilian stretch mark camouflage procedure, but, Alicia reassured me that the pain level depends on the person but she was so relaxed so I was put at ease. When it came to the after care, again very informative. They even give you a paper with detailed instructions for after care and a small “goodie bag” with trial sizes of the products to use for aftercare. I am very happy with the owners of New Image Beauty. My first time going there was in July 2021 for the Brazilian Tattoo process. It hurt slightly. However, it was worth it. Both owners Alicia and Becky were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had to change my appointment a few times. They happily changed it. The entire salon is extremely clean, they wear masks and gloves. I was required to wear a mask the entire time. Which I gladly wore while in their studio. Visiting from CA to train with the best was my expectation and it was fulfilled. I left training feeling knowledgeable and comfortable in my new skills. I was given all the equipment and supplies needed to actually start working. Also it was nice to be given information to go back to reference. I enjoyed working side by side with Alicia on my models; the hands-on training was the best. The only thing I wish was that they offered a bundle for multiple trainings as they offer so many amazing courses.

I'm beyond disappointed with this establishment. I spent $1000 and was promised results that I did not get. Upon request for a follow up session to address my concerns, Alicia became defensive, rude, and unprofessional...all because I reminded her that she had offered me a free follow up session (she was asking that I pay an additional $650). Instead of listening to me and helping me address my concerns, she just stopped responding altogether. It makes me feel like I got scammed. Wow !!! I'm so blessed to have met amazing sisters !!!! Alicia and Becky are truly amazing , kind hearted women. They care soooo much about others !! I took a class and I learned soo much !!!!! I am a student of Alicia's and i would like to say this woman is a one woman army .... and it did take her a moment to get back to me but not because she ignored me.... it's because she is POPULAR and in HIGH DEMAND. Please read all the bad reviews and think twice before you trust Alicia with your face. She did my microblading and was so unprofessional and rude - she talked about her life and complained about people the entire time I had my procedure. She arrived over an hour late and had me sitting and showed up nonchalant coming back from lunch. I paid $1500 for a service that was not as advertised. I've been corresponding with Alicia for months at this point expressing my dissatisfaction with the service. She assured me that she would "fix" it then proceeded to try to get me to pay another $750 for a separate service. I e pressed to her that I would not be spending another dollar until she "fixed" what she did, as promised" and I cannot get her to give me another appointment. Do not waste your time or money here.
