Casey Portner LMHC, CAP is the owner and director of all treatment services at CSWFL and the Cypress West Intensive Outpatient treatment program. Casey is a Certified Addictions Professional who received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and his master's degree in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University.
