Absolutely, the best counseling group out there! The entire team; receptionist, billing department, and the counselors are professional and very caring. I found Casey Portner after trying several therapists in my area. Thanks to Casey my life has been turned around and I feel better than I have in many many years! I was unfortunately referred to this counseling facility, asked to do a Batters Intervention Assessment! I was never called once by anyone just sent a text to come to orientation on a certain day unfortunately I had classes scheduled for that day. I feel for any business for a new client you should CALL a new client at least to explain that the Assessment revealed that classes would be beneficial and then schedule an orientation. When I spoke to the receptionist she said "she couldn't possibly call everyone about appointments"... I had to remind her that I'm NEW to this Program, I Pray it won't

Salesman armed with the counselor/therapy veneer. Nickel and diming, taking advantage of individuals unfortunate circumstances. There are other places that you can go to that are cheaper and more professional.
