ABOUT US: Creating an environment that enables swimmers to develop at their own pace, learn safety in and around the water and encourage life-long swimming skills. A splash of history. Coach Lori has worked in the recreation field most of her life, coaching a multitude of sports. Lori is ASCA certified, and previously American Red Cross WSI, USS & DSA Swim Coach.

Rip currents are powerful currents of water moving away from the shore. They can sweep even the strongest swimmer out to sea. If you get caught in a rip current don't fight the current! Swim parallel to the shoreline until you get out of the current then swim back to the shore. If you can't escape you should float or tread water.

Ocean City Aquatics is a certifying organization through the Points of Light Institute and the Corporation for National and Community Service on behalf of the President of the United States. We are looking for candidates ages 13 and older who are interested in volunteering as an assistant swim instructor.

The Rehoboth Dolphins is a recreational swim team located at Kings Creek Country Club is open to all members of Kings Creek Country Club and Rehoboth Beach Country Club. The season will include practices, time trials and meets. Emphasis will be placed on teaching the mechanics of swimming and the four competitive strokes while learning what it's like to be part of a swim team.

Open to all swimmers: One-to-one lessons for individuals aged (3) to adult that require more personal attention or have limited time available for instruction. We will come to your home, community, condo, or vacation pool and offer private or semi-private "Learn to Swim" or "Stroke Mechanic" instruction.
