Allen Hardwicke is a second generation water well contractor. Allen began working as a driller for his stepfather Carl Stiles in 1965. In 1975 Allen, together with his wife Chloe, decided to open their own well drilling company. They worked from their home for many years until they moved to an office they rented in Umatilla, Florida.
Throughout the years their business continued to grow and succeed. In 1984 they moved their office again to our current location in Altoona, Florida. In 1989 their son, Reggie Hardwicke, began working after school as a pump service technician. After high school Reggie made the decision not to attend college, but to put his efforts into continuing the family business.
