I talked to Cory on the phone Monday morning and my custom trophy was ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon. He walked me through process and I used most of his suggestions. Trophy was nicer than I imagined it! 12/10, highly recommend to anyone looking for awards or trophies.

They will work with you to find a reasonably priced solution to your request. On top of that there was a need to redo a plaque due to a communication error. It was redone with no issues at all!

Jessie went above and beyond to get what we wanted etched on our glassware gift. She went the extra mile in helping coordinate permission to use another overseas suppliers artwork. The staff was always helpful and truly wanted to make our experience the best ever.
