Whether running in to grab a cup of coffee and a slice of our freshly made focaccia or ordering off the cafe menu and enjoying a glass of wine on tap or picking up food for a dinner party. We have a variety of local, seasonally inspired foods on all our menus! Creating a communal space where local, whole, seasonal ingredients are used to craft good food that harmonizes with planet & community.

Gretchen Hovey is dedicated to eating locally produced good food! She believes everything one needs to thrive is located within their immediate environment. Molly Harrison has a diverse culinary background. After working in and running top restaurants in Chicago, Atlanta and New York she moved to the mountains and helped develop the bread program for Zino's, Mountain Standard and Sweet Basil.

Buying local can be a challenge in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We are here to help you do this, while enlivening your taste buds, diversifying your menu, and encouraging the exploration of surrounding regions. Eating locally also means greater nutritional value will be retained in the produce, as it's been picked ripe and has not had the chance to loose much nutrition in transportation.
