During my lifetime I have bought and sold many properties. I have had some really good real estate people to represent me, but in the recent sale of my home and purchase of a new home Eric’s performance exceeded them all!

Eric represented us in the purchase of our new home. This home was never on the market and the sellers had a total of five offers. I knew that we had some competition for the house but Eric negotiated an offer the sellers could not refuse.
