The job and pay was average. Long hours and allot of times long distance driving. Most times we got about 6 hours sleep a night. We worked 12 hour shifts and no one ever showed up on time. So it left you with working more than 12 hours a day then driving up to 2 hours sometimes didn't give you much time to sleep or even interact with your family.
4 on 4 off but I was always being ask to work on days off. Especially if the supervisors daughter didn't want to work. I didn't have a problem with that but allot of people did. They couldn't get them to get to work on time much less get them to work
