11 Bravo was amazing from start to finish! Not even a month after buying my brand new car, and 3.5 weeks after tinting the windows, a truck on the 17 kicked up rocks and chipped my windowshield. While waiting a week for my appointment with Safelite the chip turned into a crack over the entire windshield. I had to change the chip appointment to a window replacement appointment. Safelite told me they wouldn't get my windshield in for almost a month. I was so sad because the windshield had just been tinted. I connected with the person who tinted my windows, Mr. Wilson's and he connected me with 11

11 Bravo did a great job replacing windshields on 2 of my cars. It was a simple process and they worked with my insurance company through the claims process. They used OEM windshields instead of aftermarket glass on my cars which is a plus to me. Communication was great, they showed up right on time, were very professional, and sent me a follow up message to ensure that I was happy with everything. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I am extremely grateful that my windshield was able to be fixed by JJ and Amanda! I was worried when I had a huge crack in my windshield but Amanda communicated with me promptly about setting up an appointment and she was able to schedule it around my very busy schedule. They really went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful. JJ installed the windshield and made sure I was happy with the new glass before completing the installation. I highly recommend using them for any window/windshield replacements!

Excellent communication, customer service and integrity. You wont get this level of quality from a national chain. This is one of those cases where using local business is a total win-win. I recommend 11 Bravo without reservation. I only wish I had reached out to them sooner! Do yourself a favor and add their contact info. This is AZ its not a matter of IF youll need a windshield repair but WHEN. Your future self will thank you!

I recently had a windshield replaced by 11-Bravo. The windshield was on national back order however, after making many phone calls, they were able to source one locally. Shortly after my replacement, I had a rock chip my new windshield (pic. attached). Not only did they fix/fill it for free, they accommodated my schedule by coming to my house (after normal business hours) and doing the work with no impact to my schedule or routine. I only knew they were there due to the chip in my windshield disappearing. I highly recommend 11-Bravo to anyone who wants to receive excellent customer service, great
