Stonecutter Recording Studios, located in the south loop of Chicago, is a recording facility providing world class services in music recording, mixing, mastering, marketing and production. Branching off of independent label Stonecutter Records formed and led by Chris Steinmetz, the studio's mission is to help create the artist's masterpiece.
Our goal is to provide the ability for any musician to take advantage our studios to provide services for them: we'll always find a way to make it work! Stonecutter Recording Studios brings our clients some of the best sounding gear in the world both analog and digitally. We use the current version of Pro Tools 10 HD in our studio to get your music recorded, mixed and mastered. BONUS: Tune the room from very live to tight and dry high quality microphones including both highly sought after vintage mics, as well as new cutting edge technology.

We provide professional song mixing at an affordable rate. Having your music mixed by Stonecutter Recording Studios is fast and easy. Simply go to our store, buy the mix package you want, and upon payment you will recieve a login for you to upload your files. From time of payment, you will get your mix returned to you within 48 hours for final edits and feedback.
