Heading into our 17th year, The Strike Zone has been providing Worcester with the only indoor baseball and softball training facility. Boasting over 10,000 square feet of space, The Strike Zone has 8 retractable cage tunnels, pitching mounds, Hack Attack and Spinball machines, radar guns and HitTrax available to help meet your training goals.

Whether your'e alone or with a team, we want you to be able to work on your game and have fun at the same time. That's why at the Strike Zone you'll find our courteous staff is here to help you every step of the way whether your training or hitting softballs for exercise. The Strike Zone also has a full staff of instructors for hitting, pitching, catching and fielding specialties.

Roster Spots are not guaranteed. Current Strike Zone players are required to signup and earn their new roster spot for the upcoming season. Please Note: AAU does not follow the same age parameters for their divisions as your local recreational league might follow. At this level, many of the players are either entering their first year of Little League Majors, or will be within the next year.

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer sports organizations in the Unite Staes. It is a multi sport organization, dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of the amateur sports. AAU offers the best youth baseball competition in the region. There is a 20-40 game season and consists of playing teams from all over New England.

Zone Select Baseball Program is a college development program primarily for players who have varsity high school experience and aspire to play at the collegiate level. Our primary goal is to have our players showcase their skills and expose them to as many college recruiters and professional scouts as possible.
