Bill's Marine saved my vacation. I had boat trouble late on Tuesday of a Saturday to Saturday vacation. I called Bill's Marine first thing Wednesday morning. He was fully booked for service (as were all other places around the lake), but Bill took the time to listen to a description of the issue I was having. He suggested a few things to check. Simply put....Bill and Bill's Team ROCK! I bought a used Mastercraft from Bill. The boat was exactly what Bill told me it would be. The boat is 6 years old, with that, there come some issues over time. Bill has encouraged me to reach out to him and call him when items arise. He's always tentative to my questions. These guys are just cool. I was having problems with my inboard motor (that's all they service so take note) and I heard about Bill's. Drove down from Kerr Lake since it seemed impossible to get good service in my area.
They took me right in and resolved my ongoing issue the first time. Until these guys, I couldn't convince any other repair shop to lake test the boat to get it to recreate the problem. We just purchased our first boat from bills which was delivered 4 weeks ago. From the first call with Kelly the salesman we were treated with respect and got answers to our questions. I took my boat into Bill's Marine in September of 2016, and I told them to make everything work perfectly for the next summer. I then picked the boat up the following October, and it had set in the driveway untouched until the next June. After cleaning the boat in the driveway, I started the engine ( I used rabbit ears to ensure that the engine would not overheat) and it ran for about a minute and then stopped and would not start again. I suspected that there must still be water in the fuel take since that was the problem the previous year.

I dropped my boat off to Bills Marine to have my outboard looked over due to a loss in power.
The service folks seemed nice and after finally getting the boat into the shop they stated
that the carbs needed to be cleaned which I had just done two weeks before. No issue there,
