Dr. James Timothy Doerner grew up in St. Louis Mo. and attended the University of Missouri at Columbia. He graduated from there in 1979 and then worked for McDonnel Douglas Astronautic Company. He then attended The University of Missouri Dental School in Kansas City Mo. and graduated with honors in 1984.
