Poor quality house. I bought a newly constructed home just more than a year ago. We already have water leaking from the sink and the side of the house. There're also holes on the outside near the ground. We called them, but they never come.

I can not recommend Ernesto enough. A year ago I just walked into a model home without any expectations and now I am moving into my new home. He helped me trough thick and thin and unusual issues we had to overcome to finally close. Ernesto was the one that kept me positive and sane. He always made himself available; I have a changing a demanding schedule and he always replied to my texts or answered my calls. If you are thinking to buy a new home with Armadillo you will not find a better agent than Ernesto Murillo. Ernesto I cannot thank you enough for helping me to finally getting to move into

Terrible customer service you bughouse Anna they say 20 yr warranty covers everything.i called see real.rimed no response bthen I called and they say sorry nothing covered. Terrible company. Sad they don't care just sell and get money and screw people who buy their houses

I purchased an Armadillo home in New Braunfels Cloud Country in 2016. The sales staff particularly Oscar Colorado is awesome. He is actually honest and does his very best to get things done for the new homeowner.
However, after the purchase the customer support is poor at best. The builder is so busy throwing up more homes that concern for homeowners is nil. There is a 1 year door to door warranty which is funny because no one comes out to fix the issues or has to come out multiple times to re repair the last one. Also the builder makes an appt and doesn't show up but Ultimately, they still blame
