It is our goal to help facilitate your loan approval within 15 days of executing your Purchase Agreement. We have found the most stressful part of purchasing a home to be the Mortgage Loan Process. Obtaining your loan approval within 15 days allows you to fully enjoy the home buying process. Also, for this reason, we work with preferred lenders that we have selected that identify with and understand our level of customer service expectations.
