Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff and professional beyond measure! Had 2 hard to fix outdated LG phones and they repaired within hours. Would recommend to anyone needing phone repaired. Look brand new and work like when I first purchased! Good Brothers and great service!

I thought my phone was unfixable, however Carlos at Big Als took great care of me. My iPhone 11 screen was completely detached from the actual phone. The service was completed within 2 hours and everything was priced fair. I highly recommend.

Went to this place to get my cracked screen repaired for my Galaxy S8, the cost was $212 with tax which is about normal. The gentleman that were there were polite. I was told my phone would be ready by 4pm but I returned around 5:30pm due to errands, and my phone was just getting closed up, so it's a good thing I didn't come back at the time I was initially told. Other than that, my phone is once again beautiful to look at, and no longer dangerous to use!

I broke my screen on my S9 plus Friday night and immediately went into a panic because the phone was basically a paper weight and was absolutely useless. Called a few places in Cedar hill and was quoted $270 for the screen repair by Batteries plus bulbs. Would have considered them but they did not have the screen in stock and would have taken 1week to get the screen.
Decided to try Big Al's. After calling was promised same day service and was quoted $225 for the screen replacement. I was in a pickle because I didn't want to go to Tmobile a finance another phone for $1400 and I also had precious

I broke the screen on my moto phone, Big Al's was the only place who had the screen to replace it same day. They seem to have a steady steam of customers and took longer than expected to repair the phone, but they did an excellent job and are very professional and polite. If/when I crack my screen again I will definitely have it repaired here.

First off I should have checked Yelp reviews before going here. These Google reviews are misleading as hell and do not give the correct representation of this establishment. So many red flags! Please take the time to read my story, trust me it'll save you time and money!!!!! I recently took my iPad here to get the screen repaired because it was cracked. No biggie, routine, I assumed a lot of people crack their screens and get it fixed here. I was told it would be ready the following day. That didn't happen. My expectation was to get it the next day or receive a phone call telling me it's going
