I recently had a session with Christian and ended up purchasing a package for 6 total sessions. It was a great first session and I left feeling very relaxed that evening. I suggest going home and relaxing after a your appointment. I went out for dinner after and was completely exhausted. Not the best idea, Andrew. I found Christian on Yelp and scheduled an appointment with him. Prior to my session he emailed me and followed up via text with instructions and confirmation.
