I found this place from yelp and was very pleased with the service provided. I have a nintendo switch that no longer charged due to a faulty charging port. Justin returned my initial email within hours and was very helpful when I dropped off the unit. I do like giving my business to smaller mom and pop shops and is the reason why I went to D&R for my back glass replacement on my XS Max. When I got my phone back the screen was slightly off and not flush and had a power cycling issue. I went back and I was told that the charging port needed to be replaced and probably broke when they replaced the backing. They ordered and installed the part for me with no extra charge. Some other companies could have easily said it wasn't them and just left me hanging. Anywho, even though it took a few days I eventually got my phone back just as

I took my iPhone 8 in for a bad charging port. Justin was very helpful and informative. The place was clean and tidy and I got my phone back in a hour with more of a charge then when I took it in. Great customer service and that's what I like.

I didn't really get my main computer issue resolved or fixed. I was told they don't charge for diagnostic unless they complete the repair. I went back three different times only to be told my computer cannot be fixed. Somehow I still ended up paying out of pocket and was reimbursed partial. So in the end I still ended up paying for something that was not fixed and misdiagnosed three different times.
