Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Healing for every known illness and malady. Reiki always creates a beneficial effect. Often referred to as 'healers, ' Reiki practitioners do not heal. They are simply conduits for and facilitators of this balancing, calming and healing energy. The energy flows through the practitioner, not from the practitioner, and the client always receives exactly what is needed. Reiki addresses disease at the root level of cause.

Anu Butani is a Reiki Master & Instructor in Usui Shiki Ryoho system, a natural healing system founded by Mikao Usui in the early part of the the 1900's. Reiki helps individuals release stress, relax and promote deep healing. She is also a Certified ERYT Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2003 and leads classes in the Alignment Style sequencing method of yoga based on individual student levels.
Reiki treatment session always starts with a conversation between Anu, Reiki Master/Practitioner and the client. She listens to the clients current state of body and mind. Upon completion of the session, another conversation takes place for further assessment. During the Reiki session, the individual remains fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair.
It gives us life as it makes plants grow and birds fly. We draw from this Energy when we suffer with pain whether it is physical, mental or emotional to help restore balance and harmony. Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful method of healing. Reiki is a simple hands-on healing method founded by Mikao Usui, a monk from Kyoto, Japan.
Dr. Mikao Usui was a Japanese school teacher and monk in Kyoto, Japan. In the late 1800s, he left his home and job to follow his quest to discover how Buddha and Jesus healed people with their touch. He travelled to many countries over several years and studied many ancient documents related to healing.
Distant Reiki, also known as "absent treatment, " provides those requesting Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) without having to visit the office. In this method the practitioner performs Reiki treatment remotely using the information and photograph supplied. Requirement for Distant Treatment is your full name, home address, phone number, and a recent photo.

Wonderful! I have completed reiki 1st and 2nd degree classes with Anu. Both classes were transformative experiences. The best part was meeting Anu and having her as a master teacher. Anu is knowledgeable, patient, and has a beautifully calming presence. I am truly grateful that I was led towards reiki and Anu.

I wanted to make sure I took some time out to write a review because I am so shocked in a good way and happy with my experience.
First, logistics- I appreciated how flexible Anu was because I had to cancel and delay our appointment on more than one occasion. I felt terrible, but things kept coming up yet Anu was so kind and understanding it really felt she cared about me before I even got there.

After experiencing many tragedies within my family this year, I wanted to learn Reiki because I felt helpless. I wanted a way to help heal myself, my family and my friends. I call several places but the universe had the perfect place and master for me, Anu. My first-degree class with Anu was nurturing, informative, and loving. Anu is a very knowledgeable teacher who is encouraging and supportive. She is truly as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Traveling from New Jersey all the way to Long Island to learn from the very well known respected Reiki Master Anu Butani was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to gain knowledge about Reiki. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field.
