DNA Entertainment offers portable battery operated sound systems for rental. These sound systems weigh less than 40 lbs and can easily mount on a single tripod. Each system includes a wireless microphone and an iPod connection, which are perfect for beach ceremonies! Our video package includes a 5'5' or 8'x8' tripod screen (depending on room size), and LCD projector.

DNA was incredible to work with. Anthony and Chris (our DJ) kept us informed every step of the way. The communication was impeccable. Chris was AMAZING. Our wedding turned into an unforgettable party because of Chris. He truly listened (and delivered) on all the songs we wanted and didn't want. He was organized, on schedule, personable, energetic, but yet invisible. We are still getting compliments on Chris. We will use him for any party going forward and will recommend him to EVERYONE. John took care of the music for everything from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour and dinner, to the dancing, as well as all of the sound for speeches and announcements. We loved working with DNA entertainment. Anthony was responsive and informative. We then had Evan as our DJ. He was so great! He listened to what we liked and didn’t like. Made sure to play our must haves and also ensured bride approval for guest requests day of. He smoothly kept our wedding flowing and entertaining. Just overall great to work with.
We also had a photo booth with DNA. Great pictures and so much fun. Andrea was just a gem! She was the sweetest and also so fun to work with.

DNA Entertainment was perfect! They were very professional and made sure everything was perfect for our wedding. They communicated really well and I wasn't worried about the music portion for the day. They knew what music to play to keep everyone dancing and read the room really well. Anthony was phenomenal to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone! I was very nervous when searching for a DJ for our wedding because of how many "not so great" ones I've witnessed at other weddings. Anthony was by far the best that I've ever seen for many reasons including his professionalism, ability to be in the backgrounds but create such a great vibe, and ability to live mix vocals of songs we suggested over a house beat that got people dancing the entire night. Even family and friends that don't normally dance were dancing for hours because of the welcoming and upbeat vibe Anthony created

Working with Anthony at DNA throughout the process of our planning, reschedule and replanning was a dream. He was so quick to respond, detail oriented, professional and flexible. For the day of our wedding we worked with Chris Chambers and he also did a very good job. He kept us on track, was very professional and always had a smile on his face! He was on point with the songs he played during our processional, recessional, cocktail hour and first dances. We chose this DJ company from our venue's preferred vendor list. We're not from the area, so we checked them out on Yelp, and they seemed to get the job done! They definitely did NOT disappoint! Evan was our DJ, and we're one of those annoying couples that creates a different playlist for every setting. Evan took all the playlists we sent him on Spotify and went with it! We got married on the beach in Monterey which I was worried people would not be able to hear the music. DNA are experts and know what they're doing! I received their info from our venue and working with someone who knew the drill at our venue was a huge plus! Emailing with the owner was easy and he was super professional. They have created a list of questions (some I hadn't even thought of) to make the event go smoothly. Chris set up a phone meeting with us to gather some final details and I made a last minute change which he made happen for us. We are so, so happy with DNA Entertainment. We made a last minute pivot for our wedding, and Anthony was super accommodating and helpful. He was our DJ and every single guest told me how much they loved the music and how nice Anthony was. He set up quickly, cleaned up quickly, and brought such a fun vibe to our wedding. He also did a great job helping with the flow of our wedding - introducing speeches at the right time and feeling out timing. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Recently used DNA Entertainment for a corporate offsite karaoke team builder event. I had a fairly skeptical and reluctant group of about 30 participants, needless to say the event was a HUGE success!
DJ Chris did a great job getting the crowd engaged and the app/platform makes choosing songs and getting in the queue a snap. Reading the lyrics display was easy too.
I did provide dress-up props and folks were encouraged to come in costume.
Everyone had a blast!!

Before the wedding, DNA provided us with a great booklet that guided us through their process and actuually helped us plan our wedding and reception, in addition to music choices. A DJ is one of the most important things at a wedding. One because what is a wedding without some slappin' music! Two, because the DJ is the one running the show, from before the wedding even starts. Our DJ, JASON O'NEIL killed it! Prior to the wedding, we met in person, twice. We went over the huge packet of paperwork. There were still a few things I wasn't sure of, so he told me to hang onto it and give it to him when I was ready. We met again just a couple of days before our wedding to finalize. Totally worth it. We didn't think we needed a dj for our small wedding and after changing our minds at almost the last minute weren't sure we could make it happen. With a week notice DNA hooked us up with Chris. He 100% understood my vision for the whole event and was able to change the tone of the day as we went from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to party down. I didn't know my son thought we needed our own special dance and within a matter of minutes he had it handled and stitched it in like it was the plan the whole time. I think our approach was a bit different from most parties that he DJs because we gave him a specific playlist and he didn't skip a beat! He made the flow of the ceremony and reception so smooth.
He also helped me plan in a surprise for the hubs, which means that he was working directly with the hubs on the main playlist, and then plotting with me on the side.
He's also so full of the right amount of energy, getting the party pumped up as an MC.
