Back in 2013 we opened our doors as a quaint pizzeria called, Idlewild Pizza. The concept was born in the mountains of Colorado, at what was once the Idlewild ski area. The goal was to bring delicious, hand crafted pizza to the community of Leavenworth. After three years and quite a bit of thought we decided we needed more.
Our dream grew to share our love of craft beer, and Blewett Brewing Company was formed with the addition of an onsite production brewery. Today, our brew team enjoys creating an ever-changing variety of small batch brews that can be enjoyed in house or taken to go on any adventure.
