What age groups are appropriate for escape rooms?
Our rooms accommodate players aged 12+. Younger participants may join with adult supervision. Difficulty levels adjust to group composition.
Can we book multiple rooms for large groups?
Groups exceeding 10 can book multiple rooms simultaneously. Our largest capacity accommodates 98 participants across concurrent escape challenges.
Are reservations required?
Pre-booking is mandatory. Reserve your preferred time slot through our online calendar or by calling 507-4000-FUN.
What happens if we can't solve all puzzles?
Our game masters provide hints to keep progress moving. Most groups complete 80-90% of challenges within the time limit.

Very good experience. The guy who ran our room was very good. We did the saint Mary's ghost one and it's exhilarating. Everything is based on true events. It is the hardest one. I would recommend having 6 or more people or 2 1000IQ people over all great experience will be coming back for sure.

This was our first escape experience. Our group (3 adults and 3 kids) was impressed with the amount of detail in the rooms. We didn't escape in time, but had a wonderful experience.

We went for the CSI Rochester room as a family and had a great experience! The host upfront was super helpful, accommodating, and was friendly as she explained the process and any clues we requested. The room itself challenged us in unique ways and has given us stories and memories to talk about. When we come back to Rochester, we plan on trying another room!

Actual play was fun and interactive. Room was sparse but effective. Upon arrival, we couldn't find the door and desk was unmanned so we waited for 20 minutes. Had a couple notes if the writers want constructive input.

I booked a party for my 13 year old son at the Unraveled Escape Room. He wanted something different from the usual birthday party ideas and this totally fit the bill. It was affordable and the staff were very accommodating. I was worried it would be too difficult for this age group, but it wasn't: they did great and, most importantly, they had a blast. Unraveled Escape Room also had a private party room for us to gather in after their session. I can't think of anything that would have made the experience better. Unraveled Escape Room nailed it and my son had an unforgettable birthday party!

The Unraveled staff did a great job!! It was fun, creative, and actually a bit creepy which my group loved. I also liked the option of different difficulty levels. The customer service was excellent. Definitely bringing my group for their other storylines.
