We had a significant water issue in the crawlspace that led to the right amount of water damage to our property near Kansas City. Brad at Complete Carpet Care and Water Cleanup Restoration came out and walked us through all the options and the costs associated with correcting the problem. Brad and Laurice worked rapidly and limited the damages to our basement. The resulting remodel of the game room, pool table room and bathroom were look fantastic. The best part was they did all the paperwork required by my insurance company so that everyone was paid in a timely manner and no problems with the claim occurred. Would definitely use this company again or refer friends to them.
