We are a 60-year old club that has been devoted to dogs and the people who love them. SCKC offers you and your dog one of the best training facilities in the Midwest with a large heated and air conditioned building situated on five acres in a southwestern suburb convenient to the Chicagoland area. We have a well-lighted parking lot and acres of mowed lawn where the dogs may be exercised.

Our classes include: Puppy classes, basic Obedience, advanced Obedience, Rally Obedience, Agility, Conformation and Nose Work. Stone City Kennel Club hosts a licensed AKC All-breed Agility Trial in April, July and October. Stone City's physical address is 13606 Laraway Road, New Lenox which is located approximately 4 miles west of Rt 45, 1 mile west of Schoolhouse or 1 mile east of Cedar Road on Laraway Rd in New Lenox.

Open to any person 18 years of age and older; enjoys all club privileges including the right to vote and hold office. Two (2) adult members residing in the same household, each eligible to vote and hold office. However, two members of the same household may not hold office simultaneously. If, for any reason, one party loses membership status the remaining party retains an individual membership.

Barn Hunt is an exciting sport where dogs use their hunting instincts to search a course of straw bales and find rats that are enclosed in plastic tubes. For teams new to Barn Hunt, the course begins with foundation skills including introduction to the rat, tube discrimination & building an indication.
