Services
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation creates an airtight barrier that seals gaps, reduces energy loss, and controls moisture. Ideal for attics, basements, and walls, it enhances structural integrity while improving HVAC efficiency. Our certified technicians apply open-cell or closed-cell foam to meet specific project needs, ensuring long-term performance and comfort.
Energy Audits
Our BPI-certified energy audits identify air leaks, insulation gaps, and inefficiencies using thermal imaging and blower door tests. We provide customized recommendations to optimize comfort and reduce utility costs. This service is ideal for homeowners and builders seeking data-driven solutions for new or existing properties.
BIBS Insulation
BIBS insulation uses fiberglass blown behind netting to fill cavities completely, eliminating gaps and compression. It offers superior R-values and soundproofing for walls, ceilings, and floors. Our certified installers ensure even coverage and long-term performance without settling, making it ideal for new construction or renovations.
Drill and Fill Insulation
This retrofit method injects dense-pack cellulose or fiberglass into existing walls through small drilled holes. It minimizes disruption while improving thermal efficiency and reducing drafts. Perfect for older homes, the process seals hidden voids to enhance comfort and lower energy bills without major construction.
HIGH-TEC-HOME System
HIGH-TEC-HOME integrates insulation, air sealing, and mechanical systems for maximum efficiency. Designed for new builds or retrofits, it reduces energy consumption by addressing thermal envelopes and ventilation. Our experts use building science to create healthier, quieter, and more cost-effective living spaces tailored to Kansas Citys climate.
