For over forty years, Downey Park Counseling Associates has been a part of the Central Valley, offering caring, effective and powerful therapy services for depression, anxiety, marriage and relationship counseling, infidelity, abuse, trauma, PTSD, and despair. We have joined with churches, schools, and community organizations providing counseling, education and partnership in order to prompt lasting change.

Please make every effort to keep your appointment or give 24 hours notice if you cannot attend so others can use the time! Each session runs about 52 minutes. Reimbursement may be available from individual insurance companies--check with your provider. Rates are determined by the individual therapist and special arrangements can be made with churches and organizations.

Caroline Howard BC/CLC
Biblical Counselors/Certified Life Coaches are not Licensed Therapists but are skilled at working through a variety of similar issues. BC/CLC's do not qualify to be reimbursed by insurance and cannot diagnose or treat mental illness. BC/CLC's services are offered at reasonable rates to partner with individuals and churches.
