Your rent is due on the 1st of each month, if payment is not received by the end of day on the 5th day of the month a late fee of $10 is assessed, and your unit will be over locked. We do not mail out bills. Bills will be sent via email if you give us your email address. If you need to have an actual paper bill mailed to you we can accommodate that request for an additional charge.
