I had an appointment at 2:30pm, unfortunately I feel sick- sore throat, malaise, head throbbing. I called at 12:15pm to cancel my appointment because I feel sick, don't want to put them at risk and I want to go to Bettermed right now instead and I told them that. I also told them I work in a hospital with covid patients and that I was trying to be cautious for their sake. Regardless I was put on hold and then told that I would be charged the full amount for my service that was booked. If I would have known they don't care about their clients coming in sick, I would have just come on in

Not only did she show great professionalism, she also educated me on my personal skin care routine and gave me a variety of useful options that I wouldve never thought of. I love this spa! I really look forward to my appointments. Ive been 3 times now. My 2nd time left my skin slightly irritated, but my customer service interaction with the team was incredible.
