Bills provides great service on machines. The staff in the fabric shop is very friendly and of course such beautiful fabric. Have not attended any classes but Im sure they are first class. Always a pleasant experience when I visit Bills!

Not only did they repair my machine, they have a wide selection of fabric, notions, and thread. It's obvious that it started as a machine repair shop and has evolved into both a machine (commercial and domestic) repair and fabric shop.
2020 Had to take my sewing machine back in because I messed up the timing. It now sews better than before. I'm beyond thrilled. It's worth every mile, minutes, and pennies spent to know my machine is going to back to me working like a brand new machine.

If you're in a bad mood, you should swing by Bill's and you'll magically be happy once again. If you just happen to need an industrial sewing machine while you're there, well, they can help you with that too. This is the kindest group of folks under one roof. I got a screamin' deal on an amazing sewing machine and I can't wait to go back.

Left Brother embroidery machine for cleaning. Upon returning home the machine worked for 30 minutes then broke a part inside. Machine worked fine before cleaning. I returned the machine and was told basically that I am SOL. I now have a $1500 machine these people destroyed. Take your service somewhere else.

They provide excellent and dependable service. They stand behind their products. You can go back years after you purchase a sewing machine from them and they help you the same as if you bought it the day before. Also, they sell you what you need for your application--they don't try to oversell you. First they find out how you are going to use it and then they show the appropriate sewing machines. A trustworthy dealership.

We drove 3 hours to Bill's Sewing Machine company knowing exactly what we wanted. It was very nice working with Mr. Jones. He provided fantastic customer service. We got exactly what we wanted and had a great shopping experience. Would definitely recommend this shop!
