CNC Milling
Our CNC milling services handle complex 3D surfaces with 3, 4, and simultaneous 5-axis capabilities. Using advanced machinery like Matsuura MX-520 and HAAS vertical mills, we achieve tight tolerances on metal and plastic components. CNC Turning
We offer advanced CNC turning with capabilities up to 6.5" diameter through spindle. Our 26 turning centers include DMG-MORISEIKI and Doosan machines with live tools, Y-axis, and automatic bar feed systems. This enables efficient production of complex turned parts with tight tolerances for demanding applications.
Prototyping
Our prototyping services bridge concept and production using full CMM inspection and advanced CAD/CAM software. We support quick turnaround from prototype to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring design validation before volume production. This reduces time-to-market while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Quality Control
Our quality lab features 4 Zeiss ACCURA CMM machines and multiple electronic height gages. We perform comprehensive dimensional inspections, surface testing, and hardness verification.
